Video Products I Use: – Neewer Ring Light – My studio camera (Canon M50). Try and find it used on eBay – Mic for studio use (clips on top of the Canon M50 but can also plug into your
phone if that’s what you use to film. A good mic is crucial to creating good quality content) – Logitech Webcam For Livestreams – Microphone for Livestreams – GoPro Hero 7 Black Bundle (How I film at yard sales and thrift stores) – This is how I clip my GoPro to my backpack

Shipping Supplies – Clear Polybag Set, 4 sizes, 100 of each size (I use them for clothing stored in bins) – 9×12 Teal Polybags (shipping clothing) – 12×15.5 Polybags (I use these to ship large hoodies and blankets with pirate ship) – 700 feet of bubble wrap (I order this about once every 2 months) – tape gun (comes with one roll of tape) – postal scale – rollo printer (I currently use the dymo 4xl, but I think this one is better)

Ebay Photography Set Up – soft box kit – Paper for solid white background (you can also just use multiple pieces of poster board and edit out the seams)

Other Products I Strongly Recommend: – “Youtube Secrets” this book is a MUST READ if you want to start a channel or improve an existing one. – The metal shelving units I use. I have 4 of these. I also made a video about these and I’m pretty proud of it 🙂 Here is the link if you want to check it out. – Lume Deodorant (The absolute BEST deodorant I’ve ever used. Natural, no aluminum, and most importantly, FUNCTIONAL

1. How Do You Edit Your Videos?

I do all of my video editing on my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I use an App called Power Director.

2. How Do You Ship Large Items?

For things like golf clubs and baseball bats, I use the shipping tubes from
They are free and will ship right to your door. For wider, longer items like golf bags, I use the the sport utility
box from Uhaul. It is $5.95. Here is the link to that:
If you need to ship a golf bag and you dont have time to get the box, you can just wrap it in some bubble and plastic wrap and send it off.
No box needed.

3. How Did You Grow Your Channel So Fast?

I studied. I watched THOUSANDS of hours of youtube videos about how to make videos. I watched other top resellers and saw what videos did well for them.
I took advice from youtube pros like Nick Nimmin, Roberto Blake and Video Influencers and APPLIED it to my videos.
I also posted often and stuck to a schedule. I took time to edit my videso in a way that made them interesting, clear and concise.
Viewers want you to GET TO THE POINT. I also think I’ve had a little luck
along the way.

5. What Sells Best On Ebay?

Just search “what sold on ebay” and watch every video you can. The market fluctuates every day. Things that sell today, weren’t selling 6 months ago.
Things that sold 6 months ago may be worthless today. You just have to do research. I’d suggest sticking to
categories you know when you first start. If you’re a golfer, try selling golf stuff. The best sellers on ebay are knowledgable about
everything they are selling (to some degree).

  1. Hi Josh, I just watched a bunch of your videos. Great work! I am wondering if you could do a video or video series on product photography? I noticed that all your photos look very professional through eBay store while watching your videos. What kind of lighting and camera stuff do you use I am very curious.

  2. The flagship Mast General Store is in Valle Crucis, N.C. right outside of Boone. Beautiful country!

  3. Thanks for sharing all of the great information…love your guard dog!

  4. Here is something for something like the Harry Potter book chest. I had a book chest of my own for sale, but mine was heavier wood. I had a potential customer wish to buy from some distance away. While I will NOT recommend this method in general, here is what I found out. He wished me to send it media mail. I refused since it was a wood box lol. I was talking with a manager at the post office later and told him the story. Basically he said it would be fine as long as I added some printed material that meets their guidelines since besides a plaque title, there was no other printing or advertisements. To him that was just a shipping box and “designed” for acceptable media even if it would be oversized for the contents. I still didn’t send that way and I am guessing the “rules” of shipping items like this will vary from worker to worker. Just throwing that out there, adding a used Harry Potter paperback sent media would be less than the $20. If on great terms with your PO manager you can always ask. Worse is they can say no and laugh 😂. If they say yes, great and ask if the can label as inspected (at counter) before sending out. Besides being questionable in my head, it probably wouldn’t be worth the time and effort. But I have to admit to wondering about whatever “outer shipping cases” I could try, like the empty silverware storage cases with a random book inside lol

  5. I wanna know how you organize your bins

  6. Nice video and great sales. The shoes you sold were in good shape. It is a pleasure to watch your videos, I like your bubbly personality!

  7. I hope this question doesn’t sound stupid but do you wash the clothes from the thrifts stores before listing?

  8. I put a number on all my packages as I list them, and that number in custom sku and in description. Everything pre packaged with numbers helps when people order, all I do is put labels and packing list on it.
Also I have a 150 gallon deck box to put outgoing packages in…theives can't see them to steal! Also large mail box. I have laminated note inside mail box for post person to get packages out of deck box.

  9. Do you have to have a reseller permit to sell on ebay?

  10. Be careful using the keywords "stranger things". Maybe it was just me but I listed a Members Only jacket with Stranger Things as the keywords and received a Vero. Now I know that there are a ton of people using those keywords, just keep an eye on that listing just in case.

  11. What is the gray background you are using?

  12. So when you write "henley" I should also write the zip code on top and then put the label ontop of that. This way there is no way a superhero can understand what's in there. Got it! And you also shake pieces of paper around at the end. NICE!

  13. So don't refund postage unless there is good reason , simply changing there mind , nope ,

  14. Showing the numbers is very valuable to people to show the reality of reselling. It’s shocking!

  15. how do print out shipping label do you need a special printer and paper?

  16. you keep saying piraship do you mean priority shipping?

  17. That Harry Potter box is a good example of why I'm still hesitant to add free returns to my store. Even when you didn't refund her the original shipping cost and a restocking fee, you still lost money by selling the item again – not to mention you risk an item like that getting damaged. In those situations, it makes more sense to just issue a refund without the buyer returning the item. Not to mention that the buyer was only able to return the item because you had free returns. I still believe that most buyers don't purchase an item based on the seller's return policy. I never have. I buy if it's what I want and at the right price. I only consider returning an item if it's not what I purchased, misrepresented or damaged – and eBay gives the buyer options in those situations despite the seller's return policy.

  18. Just a head's up, most runners take out the insoles and put their own ones in. Most real runners would still pay premium for shoes without them.

  19. Great job on the breakdown, very cool!
