  7. Just found you when looking for a junk journal tutorial. They always scare me because I don't have a huge stash built up so I have never felt like I could make one full enough. This proves I can for not much $ 🙂 I even have that same calendar. Thanks so much for sharing!

  8. Thank you, I spent the day ripping books apart, coffee dying paper and general mayhem! I was meant to see this, as I was stumped on what the next steps I should take. Thanks so much

  10. What do you usea junk journal for?

  11. I absolutely love this. Love the materials you used and love listening to you while you work. The calendar pictures are beautiful. I’m headed out to dollar tree and hopefully I can find most of these items.

  12. I seened this one on my ruko and have to come back on computer the next day to comment. Love this idea and would like to find a calendar with cats on it. Love your videos and I am learning more and more. thanks for sharing!

  14. I lilked how you didn't let the glued down pages get to you. You did an excellent job of putting the contact paper on cover. I've used contact paper before and it isn't easy to work with. Enjoy listening to your chats. Bring on part 2!!

  15. OMG,,,"the books don't cry when you take them apart ,,,,:)  you definitely make me in a good mood when I watch your videos !!!!  Love the contact paper idea for the cover, that's why I  Love your videos, you're always bringing out great ideas !!! " The paper is making contact" = Contact Paper….. HAHAHA – I Love the Cover !!!!

  16. The cover turned out so pretty! Tfs!

  17. Now, a comment about your JJ. Looking great so far; love that calendar and the page you chose for the inside of the cover. I bought that calendar, plus a few more, b/c of the pretty pages.

  18. You know what they say: "Those that can do, those that can't teach" . Sounds like your art teacher was no artist; and likely your home ec (?) teacher was no seamstress. I don't totally agree with that statement though, b/c I know a lot of people who "can" and they are also great teachers. I hated sewing b/c I was busty, and the size 8 patterns were always too small in the bust. I'd have needed a size 14 to fit my bust and that would have fallen off the shoulders. When I got breast cancer and had a double mastectomy I 'lost' that problem. But I gained a new one; a sunken chest or having to wear prostheses which are very hot. I was going to have reconstructive surgery but decided against it after a friend had it and almost died. At least I can choose what size my bust is now, LOL.

  19. I have decided to do the challenge. Not sure if it'll be done in time but I will finish it. It is hard deciding which 15 items to include. Each video I watch gives me more ideas and I can decide.
