Spinach Omelette Recipe – 230 Calories
2 large eggs
1/2 cup baby spinach chopped
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
15g marble cheese (about 3 very thinly sliced)
– Whip up your egg in a bowl
– add to small preheated frying pan ( I use a mini frying pan from the dollar store 😉 )
– sprinkle in spinach and tomato
– cover and allow egg to cook
– add cheese on one half and flip other half over to cover. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted.
That’s it!!
